These terms and conditions govern how you use the All Things Iceland website (shop.allthingsiceland.com) and services, please read them carefully before using this website. When you use or access this website you accept these terms and conditions and All Things Iceland Privacy and Cookie Policy and Shipping and Return Policy in full. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions please don’t use this website.
We reserve the right to accept orders from those over 18 years of age only. If you have any questions regarding our products or services please contact us at [email protected]. All Things Iceland reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and any changes are effective immediately when published on the website. We encourage you to review these terms and conditions as often as possible.
1. Customer Service
We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. We welcome any questions, comments, and suggestions about our products and services. The best way to contact us is via our email: [email protected].
We typically answer emails within 1-2 working days. If you have not received a reply from us there could be a few reasons why:
- Your email was lost and has not come through
- Your email answer has not been entered correctly
- Our reply has been blocked by your spam filter and is in your junk folder
If you have not received a reply from us within 2 working days please contact us again, ideally from another email address.
2. General
This website shop.allthingsiceland.com (the “website”) is owned and operated by All Things Iceland EHF (All Things Iceland or “us” or “we” or “our”). We are a registered company in Iceland. If you have any questions or comments about these terms and conditions please contact us at: [email protected]. “We” or “us” or “our” means All Things Iceland. “You” or “your” means the person whose order is accepted by All Things Iceland. The “recipient” means the person who receives the products bought through shop.allthingsiceland.com.
3. Prices and Content
All Things Iceland takes care to ensure that prices and the content of this website, including product descriptions and photographs, are accurate and correct at the time of publishing. All prices are shown in USD, and exclude post and package charges. The price also excludes any custom duties and taxes in the recipient country. Prices may change over time without any prior notice.
All Things Iceland will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the products or its price on the website. In the event of an error or any content-related issue, we reserve the right to correct such an error without notification. All Things Iceland reserves the right to cancel any order that may have been made under the pretense of such error. All displayed prices include mandatory VAT in Iceland and exclude delivery charges. All products are subject to availability. In the event of the product not being available, we will notify you as soon as possible as to whether or when it will be available again.
4. Shipping & Delivery
When will I get my order?
For our products shipped from one of the worldwide fulfillment facilities that we use, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● Other International locations: 10–20 business days
For our products shipped from Iceland, we deliver our products worldwide through DHL or the Icelandic Postal Service. We will do our best to deliver goods promptly. However, we cannot accept liability for delays in delivery for any reason. Delivery depends on the country, usually, it takes 3-10 days within Europe and North America, but it takes longer for countries further away, commonly 2-4 weeks. We are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes.
Due to COVID-19, our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
Where will my order ship from?
All Things Iceland works with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so where your order ships from depends on where in the world your order will be sent.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
All Things Iceland is not responsible for any VAT (value-added tax), customs fees, admin fees, or taxes that each country, state, province, or municipality may require. VAT, taxes, and other import charges are charged by each country. For this reason, All Things Iceland cannot include VAT, taxes, and other import charges in the invoices that apply to individual countries. We will not pay for any additional duties or customs charged by the destination country. That is solely your responsibility. The customs charge, VAT, or taxes is not reflected on our site at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays incurred due to your country’s customs clearance procedures.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
We are not responsible for lost packages once they have left the fulfillment center and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delays or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
We are not able to change addresses or make corrections once an order has been placed.
We are not responsible for a lost order if the delivery address provided by you at the checkout is incorrect or incomplete.
In case of an incorrect/incomplete address, your order may be returned to us with an added charge from our courier.
In case of a returned order, you must pay all delivery costs plus added return charges from the courier to redeliver your order to the correct address. Any damage during shipment is covered by a warranty provided by the courier service.
All Things Iceland is not liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, unsuccessful reactions, the act of the Buyer, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request affecting the conduct of our business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war, strikes or other labor difficulties, lightning, flood, windstorm or other acts of God, delay in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary labor, fuel, materials, supplies or power at current prices
5. Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper that uses the highest quality materials. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
6. VAT, Customs and Other Charges

6. Products
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. All Things Iceland will not be held responsible for any harm, injury, or illness resulting from the use or misuse of any product. It is your responsibility to read all product instructions carefully and to use the product accordingly and strictly for the designed purpose. We are also not to be held responsible for any damage, injury, or illness that can occur due to allergic responses or as a result of any other unforeseen occurrence.
8. Discount Promotional/Coupon Codes
Only one Coupon Code is permitted per each order and it must be entered correctly in the Coupon Code box provided on the checkout page. When entered correctly the Coupon Code discount will show in your basket. A Promotional/Coupon Code cannot be added to your order after you have paid and confirmed the order. A Coupon Code cannot be used in connection with any other offer. Promotional/Coupon Code excludes all sale items.
9. Order and Payment
All Things Iceland reserves the right anytime to reject, cancel or terminate any order for whatever reason and without any liability. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold or available for sale. We also reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, in our sole judgment, that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email with the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.
You can pay for your purchases by credit/debit card via our website. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, and many other payment methods. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to All Things Iceland, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you. Risk in the Products transfers to you upon delivery.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]! Due to difficulties getting returns to our fulfillment centers for orders from Brazil, returns from that country can not be issued.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to All Things Iceland customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store that requires it, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
11. Privacy & Security
All Things Iceland’s privacy policy, which tells you how we will use your information, can be found at Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
12. Intellectual Property
All material on the All Things Iceland website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logo or code is copyrighted and the property of All Things Iceland. All rights are reserved. You cannot use, reproduce, distribute, duplicate, copy, display, sell, resell, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
13. Statutory Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality or description of the goods supplied.
14. Governing Law
These terms and condition and any dispute is governed by the laws of Iceland. These terms and conditions together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and Shipping & Return Policy, represent a legally binding agreement between you and All Things Iceland EHF. Both parties hereby agree that the only jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with All Things Iceland or in any way relating to your use of this website, shop.allthingsiceland.com is before the District Court in Reykjavík, Iceland.
15. Limitation of liability
All material displayed on this website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties regarding its accuracy. All Things Iceland makes no representations or warranties in connection with this website, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties are not legally excludable. All Things Iceland is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delays or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
16. Security
All Things Iceland’s online ordering service is fully secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information and to ensure absolute safety and security. All credit card transactions processed from this site are also fully secure through our payment system provider.
